I do not have a GMB password, how can I log in?
If you are a GMB member and you do not know your password because you have never set one or you have forgotten it, you can use the password reset tool to create a new password for your account. Simply fill out the reset form with the requested details and you will be sent a password reset link to your registered email address. Once you click the link in the email, you will be taken to the password reset form which will allow you to set a new password. The email link will only be active for a 24 hour period. I have just joined GMB online and I want to change my password.
When you join GMB via the online joining form you will be asked to enter a password and you will be assigned a temporary membership number while your joining application is being processed. You can use the temporary membership number and the password you chose to log in to the GMB website while you wait for your GMB membership number to be assigned. You cannot change this password until you have been assigned your actual membership number. Once you have your membership number you can use it with your chosen password at the time of joining to log in. Once you have logged in you will then be able to set a new password from the GMB member's area.

I tried to reset my GMB password, but I no longer have access to the email address the link was sent to.
If the email address on your record is no longer accessible by you, please contact your regional GMB office and they will update your record with your new email address so that you will be able to reset your password.

I have tried to reset my GMB password, but the response I get is that my details do not match your records.
If you are told that your details do not match our records, but you are sure you are entering the correct information, please contact your regional GMB office and they will investigate your record and make the necessary adjustments so that you will be able to reset your password.

I tried to reset my GMB password, but I have no email address attached to my account.
If you are told that your record does not have a valid email address we will be unable to send you a password reset link. If you encounter this issue please contact your regional GMB office and they will update your record and make the necessary adjustments so that you will be able to reset your password.

I have a work email address and a home email address registered, which one will you send a password link to?
Our website is always set to send emails to your home / personal email address before it will send to your work email address. If you are receiving emails to your work email address rather than your home email address, please log in and update your GMB profile to include a home email address as well as a work email address. We will only use your work email address if we have no other alternative email address on record to contact you.

What should I use as a password?
We recommend in the interests of security that you use an appropriate mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and certain special characters. Passwords must be a minumum of 8 characters long. Special characters that can be used are ._-!%@#$^*?~. Try to avoid using dictionary based words or common names.
