JOB DESCRIPTION

Your attention to detail will help ensure every meeting runs smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for GMB members, whether they visit in person or call our main switchboard with enquiries. You’ll have a friendly and helpful approach that will ensure every member feels heard and supported. You’ll respond to emails and phone calls with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information or directing queries to the right team or Region.
