The final ever Run for Jo Cox will take place this summer and is set to be the biggest evet yet.
The farewell Run for Jo will be held on Sunday 21 June 2026, at Oakwell Hall in Birstall, West Yorkshire – ten years after Jo was murdered in 2016.
Run for Jo has become an annual fixture in the local calendar and brings together runners, families and communities to celebrate Jo Cox’s belief that ‘we have far more in common than that which divides us’.
he event coincides with The Great Get Together weekend, forming part of a nationwide moment of community, remembrance and solidarity inspired by Jo’s life and values.
