Following GMB's communications on 5^th May 2022, and subsequent GMB representatives meeting, a ballot of GMB members will proceed as follows:

Ballot opens - Monday 16^th May 2022

Ballot closes – 1300 (1pm) Monday 6^th June 2022

The GMB will not be making a recommendation to accept or reject – ie neutral.

The employer has been informed.

The FINAL offer as set out by WPD is:

• 4.5% increase on all salaries and flow throughs – backdated to 01 April 2022
• £500 non-consolidated bonus payment (pro rata part time) to recognise the current inflation volatility.
• 6/12% increase on employer contribution to WPPS DC Pension – effective 01 April 2023
• Sponsored private health care scheme – details to be provided
