M Group Pay 2025/26 - Pay Ballot

Dear Members,
M Group has made a pay offer for 2025/26 for those employed on "grey book" terms and conditions of employment. You can read the offer here: 2025-26-pay-proposal-grey-book-employees-unison.pdf
Many thanks to Sean Doherty, GMB National Representative, who attended the pay negotiations on behalf of GMB.
GMB believes that this is the best that can be achieved by pay negotiations and therefore recommends acceptance.
